All SeeMyLeggings products are handmade and printed on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. It takes 2-7 business days to process an order before we ship it out.
Most of the orders are processed within 5 business days.

All SeeMyLeggings products are handmade on-demand with love in Los Angeles (CA), Charlotte (NC), Tijuana (MX) and Europe. Where it's made, depends on which factory is closest to you and which has capacity to take orders at the moment you place an order.

Every SeeMyLeggings item is printed and sewn after you order it, so we handle returns a little differently to a store selling from stock. The short version is below — the detail follows.
If something is wrong with your order
This covers printing faults, stitching or fabric defects, damage in transit, and receiving the wrong item or size to the one you ordered.
Email support@seemyleggings.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item name and size
- Clear photos showing the problem
We'll reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If there's a fault, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You usually won't need to post anything back. Please keep the item until we've been in touch.
If the size isn't right, or you've changed your mind
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we can't resell a returned garment. We still want you in something that fits, so:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition it arrived.
- We'll send you a return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — parcels sent without an approved return can't be processed.
- Return postage is at your cost, and we'd recommend a tracked service.
- Once it reaches us we'll issue store credit for the item value, or arrange an exchange in a different size. Original shipping isn't refunded.
Parcels that don't arrive
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with your neighbours and your local depot first, then get in touch. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Refunds and credit
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We process refunds and store credit within 5 business days of approving your claim, or of receiving a returned item.
- Your bank or card provider may take a further few days to show it.
Things we can't take back
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Gift cards
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer law that applies where you live. Customers in Australia have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have statutory cancellation and refund rights. Customers in the United States may have rights under state law. If your statutory rights are more generous than this policy, those rights apply.
